⭐Here are some Advantageous and eye- opening TIPS which will make your journey easy in UAE market.

These golden rules I have learned while working in UAE Market.
I am going to divide this post into 2 parts:
⭐Part 1: HUNTING:
⭐Hunting in UAE for PRIVATE LABEL is always a fun and enjoyable process because you don’t need to be bagger of line and follow a same kind of criteria which is being followed by everyone.
(I am not going to explain any specific criteria; here are some points which I have observed in my own experience so I am sharing those only)
For hunting keep these points in your mind:
👉Try to find gap in market: Means if you have found a product which is being sold by 2, 3 or 5 sellers, there you have to stop and check few things,
👉If their BSR is under 200 or 300
👉If sale is equally distributed among them
👉If Reviews are less
👉If their Rating is above 4.2
👉Read customer’s reviews, why are they buying from these sellers and have positive feedback
THEN, BE HAPPY, Shout and Back to work again because
There is a possibility for you to launch ( Ya Allah ap ka Shukar hai)
Right after this follow these steps:
⭐Tracking:
✔Track these sellers on daily basis and have a record of their daily SALEBSR and PRICE,
If everything goes well for at least a week and all are getting sale then have a postpartum and X-Ray of their listing which is called
⭐Validation/Segmentation/ Design Selection:
In this step find out what are they selling, their design, variation, sizes, Things included, weight of product, Creation date, dimensions of product and
What is their strength?
What is their weakness?
✔Try to think out of the box and find a rational gap to enter add a value addition which will make your product different from others, less price can bring attraction to customers.

⭐Part 2: Sourcing:
⭐Here comes the most crucial thing which most of us ignore and due to less margins we have to leave a golden products.
Try these tips.
✔Contact at least 30 or more suppliers and ask for DDP price and get freight charges separately as well , make a sheet and compare.
✔Ask for EXW price and find freight from Alibaba and get less freight charges than suppliers.
✔You can find a local agent, who is especially in china and can help you to find product locally with shipment.
✔You can get EXW price from Alibaba and find local Freight aw well to meet your margins.
Let me share my experience, what worked for me
I tried DDP from suppliers but it did not work.
I tried EXW and found Freight from Alibaba but it did not work.
😊 Finally, I got EXW price and found local Freight which met my margins, and saved 3 PL charges as well
NOTE: Add 5% Vat and 3 Pl charges in sourcing sheet to calculate sourcing margins.
Try to use all the ways and never give up there is always a possibility just you have to seek.
Second useful tip I will share in my next post In Sha Allah.
With these tips 2 orders have been done with 30% Margin.
3 more orders will be processed in next week.
